Overview
Auditors edit requests from the Overview tab inside an engagement. The page includes the title, description, properties, attachments, and activity so you can manage everything in one place.
Update the title and description
- Click the title to edit it inline. Press Enter or click away to save.
- Use the rich text editor under the title to expand on the request, add bullet points, or tag teammates with @ mentions.
- Notes save automatically as you type.
Adjust request properties
Use the toolbar beside the title to keep logistics accurate:
- Category – Organize work by adding or switching categories.
- Status – Move the request through your workflow.
- Priority – Flag urgent items for the team.
- Due date – Set or clear the deadline.
- Assignee – Reassign ownership to an auditor or client contact.
- Copy link – Grab a shareable link for quick follow-ups.
Manage supporting context
- Upload additional files or reference documents to give the assignee more context.
- Review linked document groups and update any settings tied to the request.
- Track conversations in the Activity feed—reply in-line to keep discussions organized.
Tips
- Leave the tab open while you work; Agentive keeps saving changes in the background.
- If something doesn’t update as expected, refresh the page or toggle the field again.
- Replace each placeholder image path with real screenshots before publishing.
