Display Settings

Learn how to customize and adjust your display settings on the home screen within the Agentive application.

Managing Categories

Expand and Collapse Categories

  • To manage how you expand and collapse categories, right-click on the arrow next to a category.
  • Select from the following options:
    • Expand this group
    • Expand all groups
    • Select all in group

[!TIP] You can also collapse categories one at a time for ease of viewing.

Adjusting Request Views

Accessing Display Settings

  • Click the Display button on the right-hand side of the screen to adjust how requests are organized.

Selecting a View

  • Choose from the following views:
    • Activity: Displays the latest activity for each request, which is helpful for reviewing recent document uploads and ready tasks.
    • List View: Displays requests in a list format. You can organize this view by:
      • Category
      • Assignee
      • Priority
      • Status
    • Board View: Displays each request as a card. In this mode, you can customize the columns and filter by:
      • Status
      • Priority
      • Assignee
      • Category

Using Quick Filters

Applying Filters

  • Use the Quick Filters on the right-hand side of the screen to filter requests by:
    • Due Date (e.g., Overdue, No Due Date)
    • Category (e.g., Software & SaaS Revenue)
  • To apply a filter, select the desired criteria from the list.

Clearing Filters

  • To clear a filter, click on the selected filter button again.
